Finality of Sale & Order Policy

Product Integrity

Our products are chemically sensitive. Once dispatched, we cannot verify handling or storage conditions, rendering them ineligible for return.

Chain of Custody

An unbroken chain of custody is paramount for research materials. We cannot accept products that have left this chain for safety and quality reasons.

Order Finality

Due to immediate fulfillment, orders cannot be canceled or altered once payment is processed. All sales are conclusive upon payment.

Damaged or Incorrect Goods Policy

Notification Window

You must submit a formal claim via email within 48 hours of the carrier's delivery timestamp. Claims outside this period are irrevocably waived.

Required Evidence

Claims must include your order number and clear photos of the items, packaging, and shipping label. Incomplete claims will be denied.

Our Resolution

If fault is confirmed, we will, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement or store credit. Monetary refunds will not be issued.

Non-Defective Items

Minor cosmetic damage to outer packaging that does not affect the product's primary container or integrity is not considered a defect.

Shipment & Risk of Loss Policy

Risk of Loss Transfer

Title and risk of loss transfer to the Purchaser the moment the package is tendered to the shipping carrier. We are not liable for carrier errors.

Carrier Issues

For lost or delayed packages, your recourse is solely with the shipping carrier. We will provide documentation to assist your claim upon request.

Theft & Police Reports

We are not liable for packages stolen after confirmed delivery. To receive our assistance, you must provide a verifiable police report.

Address Accuracy

The Purchaser is solely responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We are not liable for losses due to incorrect address details.

Refused Packages

Packages refused by the recipient or returned as undeliverable will be considered abandoned. No refund or reshipment will be provided.

Fraud & Chargebacks Policy

Fraudulent Claims

Any false claim, including non-delivery contradicted by tracking, constitutes fraud. We will pursue all available legal and civil remedies.

Improper Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without following our claim process is a breach of this policy. We will use this agreement and all order data to dispute it.

Chargeback Liability

If a chargeback is decided in our favor, you are liable for the original amount plus bank fees, a $50 administrative fee, and all collection costs.

Account Termination

Any fraudulent activity or improper chargeback will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your account and a ban from future purchases.

User Agreement & Liability

Purchaser Qualification

Purchaser warrants they are a qualified researcher or institution, over the age of 21, and fully authorized to make this purchase.

Intended Use

All products are for in-vitro lab research only, not for human or animal use. Misuse is strictly prohibited and a violation of this agreement.

No Resale

The Purchaser agrees not to resell or redistribute any products. All purchases are for the sole use of the purchasing entity.

Assumption of Risk

Purchaser assumes all risks associated with product handling, storage, and use. CellSpark is fully released from any and all liability.

Indemnification

Purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless CellSpark from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from the use of our products.

No Warranties

All products are sold "as-is." CellSpark expressly disclaims all warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any dispute shall be resolved via binding arbitration in Clark County, NV.

Policy Amendments

CellSpark reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase will be the governing document.
