Ordering Policy

Please review our ordering policies to understand how we handle signatures, cancellations, and modifications to your orders.

Signature Requirements

Orders over $200 or those shipped via UPS or FedEx will require a signature for delivery. Orders under $200 do not require a signature but can request one during checkout. USPS shipments do not require a signature.

If the first delivery attempt is missed, the courier will make additional attempts or leave a delivery slip for pickup at the local post office.

Order Cancellation

Orders are held for 1 hour after placement to allow modification or cancellation. After this time, cancellation is not guaranteed. Registered users can cancel directly from their order history page.

Non-registered users should contact us immediately, and we will do our best to accommodate the request.

Shipping Issues, and claims

Occasionally, Couriers May Lose Track Of Packages, But This Doesn’t Mean The Package Is Lost Permanently. If The Package’s Tracking Has Not Been Updated For Over 7 Days, Contact The Courier Directly.

Late Packages

Shipping delays are common, and packages may arrive later than expected. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for delayed shipping.

If a package’s tracking has not updated for more than 7 days, please contact the courier directly for more information.

Package Not Delivered

If the courier claims your package was delivered but you have not received it, it may have been left with a neighbor or front desk. Contact the courier’s local office to speak with the postmaster, who can provide GPS coordinates and verify delivery details.

If the postmaster confirms the package was delivered correctly, please allow up to 1 week for the package to turn up. If it doesn’t arrive within that time, contact us for further assistance.

Missing, Incorrect, Or Damaged Items

We document and photograph all orders before shipping to avoid fraudulent claims.
If there are any issues, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.


Missing Items

If an item is missing, contact us immediately. Once verified, we will ship the missing items.

Incorrect Items

If an incorrect item is received, contact us. We'll arrange for the correct item and provide a prepaid return label.

Damaged Items

If an item is damaged, provide photographic evidence. After verification, we’ll ship a replacement.

Defective Items

Claims for defects should include scale details or a return sample for analysis. After verification, a replacement will be shipped.

Shipping Protection Claims

If you purchased shipping protection, you may file a claim under the following conditions

Stolen Package

Claims must be filed no earlier than 2 days and no later than 7 days from when the package was marked delivered. Orders over $100 require a police report.

Lost Package

Claims must be filed no earlier than 10 days and no later than 30 days from the last update.

Damaged Item

Claims for damaged items must be submitted within 2 days from when the package was marked delivered. Photos of the package and item are required.

Refunds, Returns, & Exchanges

Refunds, returns, and exchanges are handled at the sole discretion of CellSpark. Customer satisfaction is a priority, and we aim to accommodate returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

  • Returns & Exchanges: Items must be returned unopened and in their original condition. Specially handled goods (e.g., items requiring low-temperature storage) cannot be returned.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, or, if that is not possible, through alternative means (Zelle, eCheck, or store credit). Cryptocurrency refunds will be based on the current market value or the original payment amount, whichever is lower.
